[~jaimin], [~rmeneses] has created a new jira based on the assumption I've made
in my previous commit.
It is urgent for us so I go ahead and commit it to both trunk and the release
branch, by assuming your previous comment is LGTM.
Let me know if this causes some problem, we will revert it back.
