Summary: Slider apps: It is not possible to correct invalid
allocation of resources without wizard close

Steps:
# Create slider view.
# Go to created slider view.
# Click "Create App" button, select hbase application and go to "Allocate
Resources" page.
# Set "0" value for "Instances" column for all components and try to complete
app creations.
# Was appeared error ([^createAppWithoutComponents.png]).
# Go back to "Allocate Resources" page and populate valid parameters.
# Try to complete app creation.
Result: error still present ([^createAppWithComponents.png]).
Note: after wizard rerun it is possible to create app with valid parameters.
