This ticket does not add necessary kerberos.json to all stack services. Stacks
API won't expose kerberos related information until this patch along with
necessary kerberos.json files are committed.
Any particular reason for not committing kerberos.json to all services along
with this work? Is that being tracked as different ticket for some reason ?

> Provide a way for a caller via the REST API to get information about a
> service's Kerberos descriptor. This information should probably be attached
> to a service resource response.
