In the manage-alert-groups dialog I added a notification to an alert-group.
After saving the changes I went back into the manage-alert-notifications dialog
to look at the groups for the notification. The new group does not show up
immediately. After some time it shows up.
After saving the changes, the client model should be refreshed.
