Launch the Manage Alert Groups dialog. In there are the following issues
# In the LHS actions, click on the + and add a new alert-group. The new
alert-group is not selected by default. The selection should be updated to the
latest alert-group.
# Above issue applies to Rename action
# Duplicate action shows the secondary dialog behind the primary dialog, so its
not possible to see/change name of duplicate (Chrome).
# LHS list should be sorted alphabetically (alert-group names)
# When alert-groups dialog is closed, the alert-groups in the cluster level
alerts tab should be refreshed immediately
# Attached file has small UI style changes for Alert-Groups and Notifications
dialog.
