This mainly includes assigning ids to the interactive elements that can be used
to create robust xpaths for fetching the element and doing subsequent
actions/validation on it for the test automation.
Apart from doing the above mentioned task, this patch also renames the id
"ha-progress-page" to more appropriate name "common-progress-page" and adds
back button on "Configure Identities" page
