After many of the services were moved to common-services, the alerts framework
cannot located the scripts referenced by each of the SCRIPT type alerts.
For example:
HDP/2.0.6/services/HDFS/package/files/alert_checkpoint_time.py' as an absolute
path or part of /var/lib/ambari-agent/cache/stacks or
/var/lib/ambari-agent/cache/host_scripts
The ScriptAlert class should be modified to look in the common-services
location.
