1) Need to make adjustments to how status of alerts is handled when a
service/host/component is in maintenance mode. The alerts system will continue
to record state changes and just does not dispatch alerts in MM to notification
targets.
2) Slides attached include how to display status in the case of MM, as well
includes a few BUGs and cleanup items.
