PROBLEM:
In Ambari 1.6.x, /etc/hive/conf.server only populated on hiveserver2/hive
metastore host. This is to hide server side properties and also for security
reasons.
In Ambari 1.7.0, /etc/hive/conf.server is populated on every hive client,
though I don't see hive-site.xml actually there.
