*Actual behavior:*
clear filter link appears even when none of the filter is active. Clicking on
it refreshes all the hosts twice with spinner shown twice.
*Expected behavior:*
label and link related to filter should be shown only when any of the filter is
active (text is entered in any of the filter).
for all tables on installed cluster
