Description:
Currently we are using client side pagination for repo version listing. It's
better to use server side pagination which is consistent to all other listing
page implementation.
To do this, we also need server side to support url like
"/stacks/repository_versions" for us to get all repo versions at a time and add
pagination predicates to the url.
