Description: Create a new experimental flag called
"App.supports.installGanglia", which by default to false (meaning, Ganglia is
hidden from the list of installable services, but the user can go to
/#/experimental to enable installation of Ganglia). (was: For Beta/Tech
Preview of Ambari-2.0.0, we need to hide Ganglia, effectively preventing it
from being deployed in favor of new Ambari Metrics.
