hadoop.proxyuser.<hive_user>.hosts and hadoop.proxyuser.<webhcat_user>.hosts
properties from core-site.xml have to include all Hive Metastore and
HiveServer2 hosts. The value should be a comma separated list. Currently, after
adding, deleting HiveServer2 components these values remain unchanged.
