YARN Configs Save button is not enabled.
When a config parameter is changed, 'Discard' button is enabled.
But 'Save' button is not enabled.
Not sure from when this is happening, but after some unsuccessful struggle to
upgrade HDP2.1 + Ambari 1.6 to HDP2.2 + Ambari 1.7, (it has ATS-related issues)
this is happening and blocking the configuration, thus the whole upgrade
process.
When other tab is clicked, 'Discard or Save' dialog is displayed as usual, but
when Save button is clocked, nothing is saved.
This symptom pertains even after the whole cluster + ambari server machine
reboot.
