The alert badge next to Host in the main nav shows as red even if there are
only warning alerts.
1) Two hosts have alerts, which is correct
2) The alerts on those two hosts are all warn
3) but the Host (2) badge shows as red, it should show as warn orange <<-- this
is the issue. If the hosts with alerts are warn (i.e. non-crit, the badge
should be orange, not red). Only be red in the case of one or more of the hosts
has a crit warning.
In this scenario, the red badge is correct.

2) The alerts on those two hosts: one has a warn, another has a crit
3) The Host (2) badge shows as red, which is fine since at least one of the
hosts has a crit warning
