Steps to reproduce:
1. Install HDFS + Zookeeper
2. Enable HA
3. Create repo verions 1.0-2214 and install repo
4. Add Storm
Note that after storm being successfully added, repo versions on all 3 hosts
are set to "Out of Sync" while storm only affected 2nd host.
