Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Alerts page
2. Select any alert group filter, for example, Groups: All(62) --> Groups: HIVE
default(3)
3. Click "clear filters" link
Actual result:
Groups filter changed into Groups: All(62), but the page content not changed,
still contains 3 alerts.
Expected result:
Groups filter changed into Groups: All(62), also page content should contain
all 62 alerts.
