With the kerberization work, keytab will be created automatically on the host
where the component is moved and so the message to do it manually for all
movable components should be hidden for now. (Note: Please just hide the
message and don't remove the relevant code for now)
After hiding the keytab generation message, if there is no other message then
the Manual Commands page should not exist.
