Preconditions:
- cluster is deployed.
Steps:
1. Try to add Rm HA. Fail last step.
2. Restart ambari-server (some times).
3. Relogin.
Actual result: was opened last page of Rm HA wizard and all operations
executing again (but with time this process hungs, seei screenshot).
Expected result: already executed steps should not be executed repeatedly.
