In HBase service I was trying to set {{Maximum Region File Size}} to {{1.25}}.
However hard I tried, the slider would jump from 1 to 3 only. When the
increment-step is {{0.25}}, I should be able to set {{1.25}}. This is not
possible because the slider control jumps to nearest major tick. This should
not happen by default with slider-widget.
