Currently in Files view there are certain operations that may not be allowed
depending on permissions on the underlying file/directory. For example
* File Upload to a directory that does not have +w for user
* Clicking in to a dir that does not have +r permissions
For these operations, it is desirable to have some visual que indicating that
permission is denied.
