Install cluster with HIVE (don't create any config groups)
Go to HIVE Configs page
Config "Default query queues" has one option - "default". Uncheck it (so value
is empty now).
Open list with config groups for HIVE (contains only 1 group - Default).
Click on it.
Combo-widget throw error
