* Value should be ""Simple"" or ""Kerberos"
* If Kerberos: hbase.coprocessor.region.classes gets the additional value of
org.apache.hadoop.hbase.security.token.TokenProvider. Otherwise this value is
not present

* Values should be "Off" or "Native"
* When Native:
hbase.security.authorization = true
hbase.coprocessor.master.classes =
org.apache.hadoop.hbase.security.access.AccessController
hbase.coprocessor.region.classes =
org.apache.hadoop.hbase.security.access.AccessController
hbase.coprocessor.regionserver.classes =
org.apache.hadoop.hbase.security.access.AccessController
When Off:
hbase.security.authorization = false
AccessController classes not present in coprocessor settings
