The goal is to run a *happy path *Rolling Upgrade in silent mode.
For this, we should have manual steps either at the beginning (pre-reqs,
backups etc) or at the end (confirm finalize etc). Today, there are some manual
steps in the middle of RU for Hive, Storm, Oozie, Ranger (and maybe others).
As part of this task:
Lets make a list of the manual steps that are presented to the user in the
middle or RU
Lets try and move these manual steps to the beginning of RU if feasible.
Note: We will have multiple upgrade packs now (Champlain->Champlain+,
Champlain->Dal, Dal-Dal+). We should make sure we fix all the upgrade packs.
