Fix For: 2.1.0
PROBLEM: Multiple full GCs are being observed in hbase regionservers due to
PERM size being too low. Based on review of the logs, we are proposing to pass:
XX:PermSize=128m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m
for the regionserver.
