Description:
List of services in Add metrics dropdown is always sorted lexicographically.
This means when a create/edit widget wizard is launched from HDFS service (or
any other service), add metrics dropdown will have a fixed following order of
services:
# Accumulo
# HBase
# HDFS
# YARN
It will be more intuitive to have HDFS ordered first in the list when the
wizard is launched from HDFS context (dashboard).
