**STR**:
* Add hosts with no mapped host components.
* Example: When Add hosts wizard takes a long time, refresh and quit it.
(This can reproduced by doing a API call to add a host instead)
* Change configs for say: HDFS and save.
* Config validation error while processing the stack advisor.
* Cannot save configs unitl some host components are added to this host.
Screenshots are still with PS and will get them when possible, however with
clear STR, I suppose the screenshots are not critical.
