Steps:
# Go to HDFS service. Open Configs tab->Settings subtab.
# Change "NameNode Java heap size" property.
# Click Save button.
# Wait for Dependent Configurations.
# Close Dependent Configurations window via close icon.

Result: Save button unavailable. Rechanging of property does not enabling Save 
button.
