1) login, go to services > hdfs > configs
2) notice on the version box, it's showing HDP-2.3 for the stack. Same text is
showed on the hover dialog.
3) then go to dashboard > Config History
4) come back to hdfs > configs and now that text is gone.
this appearing/disappearing can be very confusing
it might be ok to show in the hover dialog (guessing this was put there to show
what stack you were on when you made this config change?) but if we are going
to do that, it has to be consistent and not appear/disappear
