Hive plugin ssl config is pointing to non-existing ranger-policymgr-ssl.xml (it
should be under conf.server, not conf)
Also same issue with KMS plugin — KMS plugin ssl config was pointing to
non-existing ranger-policymgr-ssl.xml (it should be under /etc/ranger/kms/conf,
not /etc/kms/conf)
