Fix For: 2.2.0
STR:
1. Install Ambari.
2. Go to HDFS configs.
3. Change and save some config to have at least 2 config versions.
4. Change NameNode Java heap size. (Dependent Configurations message should be
shown)
5. Switch config version, click discard in popup.
As a result Dependent Configurations message is still shown.
