Start add service wizard
Proceed to any step
Refresh page
While "Loading ..." left-menu items are active, so user may navigate wherever
he wants
Example:
Proceed to "Install, start and test" step
Refresh page
While page is loading click on first item on the left menu
Confirm
Select some another services and proceed to the end of the wizard
This is unexpected, untested and *unsupported* behavior which should be
prevented
