User can add users, but when she goes to add the user to permissions-read only,
it does not auto complete the user, and when you click the check mark, the user
just disapears again( it goes back to add user). We tried this for multiple
random user names, no name worked.
The user encountered the issue using IE 10. FF worked fine.
