there are some property values in the atlas configuration that are modified by
the service scripts but those values are not reflected in the UI.
Specifically, the following properties should reflect their actual value in the
UI:
'atlas.http.authentication.kerberos.name.rules'
'atlas.server.bind.address'
This can be achieved by moving their value setting logic to the stack advisor.
