Description:
After doing an HDP upgrade, the admin can continue operating the cluster
without "finalizing the HDFS upgrade" to ensure that services are working
properly before finalizing.
If the cluster has not been finalized \- for > 2 days of the cluster being
upgraded \-, then an alert should be sent to the admin.
Otherwise - all data deletion/moves will keep the old data around and generate
more storage utilization than anticipated.
