Currently for the newly created user from the Ambari dashboard, manually we
need to create the <user_name> directory under /user on HDFS and set ap
appropriate permission to this directory.
Second thing is : This user needs to have read permission to Ambari dashboard.
It should be only for the views instead of the entire dashboard.
