All db checks on installed cluster need to be posted to
/api/v1/clusters/clustername/resuests instead of /api/v1/requests.
There are 2 Test Connection buttons on Ranger Admin smart config tab. One for
root connection and another for Ranger db connection.These uses
*test-db-connection* widget.
Test db connection for them works before service is installed but does not work
after service is installed
The behavior of them before service is installed and after service is installed
should be different for posting request.
