If Ambari Metrics isn't installed, Host Metrics block on Host Summary page
behaves incorrectly. Infinite spinner is displayed on the positions of five
graphs of six ones instead of 'No data available' message. Also, JS error is
thrown: {{Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'part_max_used' of
undefined}} at {{app/views/main/host/metrics/disk.js:55}}.
