Fix For: 2.1.3
NMPv3 implementation is not functional at the moment, so we need to remove the
option for customers to choose it from the Alert Notification SNMP type so
people do not choose it.
The options for Version for the Method: SNMP should only be:
SNMPv1
SNMPv2c
