Fix For: 2.1.3
1) Installed hdp 2.2.8
2) went to upgrade to HDP 2.3.2 and saw I had 1 warning for EU
3) clicked and saw the detail. closed dialog.
4) Clicked again and now shows all is ok, which is not correct.
