Summary: HDFS or YARN Decommisssion not possible from Hosts page
when Maint Mode enabled

Environment: Hortonworks Admin Class environment (Amazon instance):
Hortonworks Platform 2.3 on Ubuntu with 4 Docker containers. Ambari running in
Firefox on Ubuntu.

Priority: Minor
1) On the Ambari "Hosts" tab, select a node or two (or more)
2) On the "Actions" button, choose Actions >>Selected Hosts >> Hosts >> Turn On
Maintenance Mode
3) click OK to confirm bulk operations.
4) wait till the Maintenance Mode icon is properly displayed against the
relevant nodes.
5) On the "Actions" button, choose Actions >>Selected Hosts >> Datanodes >>
Decommission
6) click OK to confirm bulk operations.
7) A message window is displayed "Nothing to do - Datanodes on selected hosts
are already in selected state or in Maintenance Mode."
But the selected nodes are not in Decommissioning State.
The problem can be worked around by decommisioning each node separately via the
node page, or by doing the above steps without maintenance mode.
