Currently, Alert Instance full response displayed only in tooltip , which is
shown only for 3 seconds and then disappears, It's inconvenient to browse
response.
As improvement we can add a button for each alert instance, which will open
popup with response and ability to copy response message (as we do with logs in
background operations).
