So [~PankajSingh], what's the proposal here? Are you suggesting to validate,
check and prevent the instance creation if the same named one already exists? I
would personally prefer to check and prevent duplicate instances with same
display name (or whatever the identifier we use).
Let me know if you have any other proposal here.
