Some of services do not have matured service checks.
For example services like Falcon and sqoop only have version checking as part
of their service checks.
Services like oozie will submit a job and track its results as part of their
service check.
If Falcon and sqoop have same kind of functionality , It will be more
meaningful.
For example stop hdfs , YARN and mapreduce2 services and perform service check
on falcon and sqoop.
Still they will pass service check and I don't see much value in it.
