Separate Issues Mailing list

Hi everyone,

the dev@ mailing list is pretty busy with JIRA traffic. How do you feel
about moving that traffic to a separate mailing list like other projects
(e.g. HBase <http://hbase.apache.org/mail-lists.html>) do as well?
