Hi, I have been noticing a large number of emails asking review emails to be moderated. Thats the default setting if you are not subscribed to the mailing list. So its possible that folks may be missing review emails if no one "accepts" the moderate email (folks are trying to approve these emails ASAP but there will be misses).
