Hey guys, I was evaluating the branch-2.8 code that is in RC and would like to know if it supports compilation and use for Centos8/Rocky8 or Almalinux8 operating systems?
I know that for python scripts in these new operating system versions it is necessary to explicitly inform whether it will be python2 or python3, and I see that in many files (ex: https://github.com/apache/ambari/blob/branch-2.8/ambari-common/src/main/python/ambari_commons/shell.py) is still using env.
