Hi @virajjasani, This PR is a part of upgrading the scripts to python-3 provided with [PR#3681](https://github.com/apache/ambari/pull/3681) through [AMBARI-25854](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-25854) I haven't observed the failures on python2, but are being observed on python-3 as some python3 changes were missed in the patch.
