Hi All, I see someone created ambari branch-2.8. What is the thought process behind this? Should not this branch-2.8 be created after releasing 2.8.0.0 from trunk?
Now trunk and branch-2.8 have the same code. There will be unnecessary effort to push the changes of both of these branches. IMO, We should delete this branch-2.8 now and create only after successfully releasing 2.8.0.0 Thanks & Regards Arshad
