   @JiaLiangC, based on our logs in Jenklins CI, i am assuming we are using 
python3.10 for tests and compilation. 
   
   Also in our public docs, It doesn’t appear to be explicitly documented which 
specific Python versions are supported by 
   Ambari at runtime. does that mean one should be good with using <python3.10 
or <python3.9 which is default for RHEL9 ?
   
   If no one has started the efforts for python3.11, can i take up the task
